Welcome to RAD Canyon BMX
RAD Canyon BMX is a Salt Lake County Parks and Recreation facility, and USA BMX sanctioned BMX race track. We are located in South Jordan, UT @ approximately 5200 West 9800 South (4 blocks south of Old Bingham Hwy on 5200 West). Our family friendly facility is equipped with bleachers, rest rooms and a snack bar.
FREE ADMISSION; visitors and spectators are always welcome!
SCHEDULE:
Our outdoor schedule runs from May thru September. For 2013, we will have open practice on Monday & Tuesday (up until the Great Salt Lake Nationals) evenings from 6:30pm to 8:30pm. Race nights are on Thursday, with registration from 6-7pm and racing ASAP.
Winter indoor racing occurs on various weekends from October thru March, with racing activities on Friday, Saturday and Sunday.
Track Rental
Rad Canyon BMX is a GREAT place for private events; birthday parties, private clinics (prepare the national in June), etc. Reserve your spot now by contacting Wes Shepherd @ 801-809-1810.
2013 Outdoor BMX Racing Season Is Near!
The 2013 outdoor season is right around the corner. We will be getting the track prepared as soon as the weather fully cooperates. Our outdoor schedule is posted for your viewing pleasure. We plan to add Monday night practices this year until the Great Salt Lake Nationals -- http://www.usabmx.com/site/bmx_races/35444?section_id=25.

Both tracks are completely run by volunteers and we can always use some help. We'll post updates most frequently on our Facebook pages, so make sure you're on that deal.

First Race Weekend of 2013: Jan 4, 5 & 6.
We are racing indoors next weekend--January 4, 5 & 6!
It’s the first race weekend for 2013! The 2013 points season begins January 1 and we are back at it, racing in the warmth indoors!
All of these races will be held at the South Jordan Equestrian center located at:
2200 w 11400 S
South Jordan, Utah
Registration times:
Friday – 6-7pm, Race ASAP (Single point: $12)
Saturday – 3-4pm, Race ASAP (Double point: $20)
Sunday – 9-10am, Race ASAP (Single point: $12)
Final race weekend for 2012 Dec 7-9
Its the last race weekend for 2012. 2012 Points end Dec 15. Come get your last points for the year! We have some big changes coming for 2013, stay tuned for details!

We need lots of help in building the track this coming Friday. If you can come help be there around 11:30 am or any time after. If you are there by noon we will provide lunch.
